My dear friend Tina and I have a few things in common.
We are both crossdressers and fathers.
We are both college graduates with master's degrees, and we both have German-American ancestors in addition to other ethnic ancestors.
We are both members of FemmeFever, and where I am a member of TRI-ESS and SNR, Tina may soon join.
Tina had heard that Ina's was one of the hottest places for CDs in New York and she had visited it once and liked it. Tina doesn't care for city driving so she asked if I would like to drive her to Ina's. I am a good driver because I have been driving for a long time and I have never received a traffic ticket or caused an accident. The name of the place that Tina wanted to go to is called the Silver Swan, which is located on East 20th Street in New York City. I am familiar with this area because I once trained for boxing in a gym on West 17th Street. That was one of the gyms where World Champion Boxers Rocky Marciano, Tony Zale, Marcel Cerdan and Marty Servo once trained.
We entered Manhattan through the Holland Tunnel and the traffic was terrible. My driving experience was needed to navigate through this traffic. There were no parking spaces available on the streets so I parked in a garage several blocks from the Silver Swan Restaurant where Ina holds her CD/TS parties. I was surprised to learn that this place was a fine German-American Restaurant during the week, but on Saturday nights it becomes a haven for all kinds of transgender people.
