It was Tuesday evening and Rosemary was feeling in low spirits.
So to cheer myself up a little I got dressed in my favorite blue turtleneck sweater and blue jeans with a gold chain around my neck and white running shoes.
I made myself up and then put on my red wig.
I put some money in my female wallet and placed that in my handbag.
I then drove to "The Lounge" which is predominately gay, but crossdressers are also welcome.
Unfortunately, the place was closed on Tuesdays so I decided to drive fourteen miles to a huge mall. There are malls closer, but I don’t like to go to one that is too close. I parked near the JC Penney’s store where I began my tour. I looked at the dresses then ventured out into the main part of the mall. I stopped in the Lord & Taylor's and looked at their dresses. I really wasn’t interested in buying anything just looking. I passed a place on a corner called Glamour Photos and I would have been interested in that place except that I have an appointment on June 7th for a Femme Fever Photo Op. The place where those photos are taken is completely private.
I looked in the windows of every female shop then I entered Victoria's Secret where an obsequious sales lady helped me. I thanked her, but didn’t buy anything as I was just browsing. I do have a VISA card with Rosemary on it, but I didn’t want to use it. I looked at some beautiful lingerie in that store. Then nature called so I looked for the restrooms. They were located at the end of a two-level wing of the mall where a multi-level carousel is located. When my three grandsons were younger they loved riding on that. The rest rooms were located down a hallway and when I entered the foyer there were the ladies' room and the men's rooms. Of course, I am Rosemary this evening so I went into the ladies' room, chose a stall and sat down to do my thing. After I finished, I went over to the mirror and smoothed over my wig then I put on some lipstick.
After leaving the rest room, I passed by an open door and there were two security guards in dark blue uniforms with chevrons on their sleeves. We looked at each other for a second or two before I started down the hall. When I entered the main corridor, I heard footsteps behind me and to my horror it was one of the security guards. Could someone have read me and reported me to the security guards? I kept walking and he kept following. I was trying not to panic, but my heart was pounding a bit. I thought how this would go over with my wife and my fire company. The mall was sparsely populated so there was no chance of getting lost in a crowd. Finally I turned a corner and he kept on going straight and away from me. After that I decided to end my tour of this mall, but it was a little exciting! When I arrived at home, my wife was waiting for me so I told her all about my adventure.
